| The
rollers conveyors is essentially composed of two lateral frames made
of cold rolled sections which rollers are secured with bolts. Frames
have also the function to laterally guide transported products.
In case of clutched
or powered rollers, in one of the two frames slides the chains
which, transfer, tangientially, the motion to rollers sprockets.
The particular shape of the frame separates the potentially dangerous
areas, but, at the same time, allows an easy maintenance in case
of roller replacement. The drive is achieved with a gear motor and
sprokets placed, normally, in the central part of the line to better
distribute the driving effort. |

The correct chain tightening is achieved by setting the tightening devices. Conic rollers, free rollers or powered rollers can be employed in 90° or 180° bends. Lines employing free or clutched rollers can also include stops, that is devices allowing the products stop. |

The stations have a pneumatic control and, when it is necessary to transfer a unique item at a time from a buffer, they are provided with a mechanical device allowing to send the item one at a time. Rollers conveyors can be equipped with special devices such as transfers, turn tables, lifters and drop sections. |

up to 1000 daN. Possibility to handle europallet 1000x1200 mm. Transfer speed up to 20 m/min. Roller diameter and pitch are defined according to the laying base nature and the features of the load to be handled. Types of rollers:
