ALLMÄNT

Bandtransportörer typ "System 6000" är hörnstenar i ett transportsystem med hög flexibilitet. De ska användas när det är fråga om produkter som inte kan transporteras på palletter men kräver snabb, säker och tyst transport.

Typiskt kan de användas på följande sätt

steg för steg-matning i typisk löpande band tillverkning även med mycket höga matningshastigheter
bufferering mellan arbetsstationer
hög precision vid stoppen
kan föra godset 90 grader i sidled eller genom drivna kurvor
återcirkulation av gods som inte behövs för tillfället.

Possibility of high speeds.
Possibility to select the belts centres distance or to couple more than one belt according to loads size.
Optimisation of the number of motors needed, thanks to the possibility for each line to have its own motor or a motor in common with other lines.

Possibility to integrate belt lines with chain lines, roller lines, lifters or drop sections to carry out level changes.

Possibility to integrate among lines workstations with level change or manual or powered turn tables.

KONTSTRUKTIONSDETALJER

The parallel belt conveyor "SYSTEM 6000" is composed by a modular structure made of two parallel tracks in which low friction guides are fixed. Above each guide slide a belt and loads are laid on it.

Tracks for the belt sliding are made of two extruded anodised aluminium profiles provided with slots for the accessory fitting. Laterally there can be containment guides. Return belts slide inside the extruded aluminium profile, completely protected.

50mm width belts are made in two main versions, high friction belts, for transport, and low friction belts allowing the loads buffer.

Belts are powered by driving heads. They are made of die cast aluminium and have the gear motor directly connected to the motor shaft on which driving pulleys are fixed.

At the driving heads opposite end there are the stretching heads called "take up units" provided with a tightening device allowing the chain tension setting compensating the inevitable belt elongations due to their operation, even though these are pre-tightened.

Transfer system with power and free conveyor belts can be equipped with particular devices such as transfers, turn tables, lifters and drop sections.

TEKNISK HUVUDSPECIFIKATION

Payload up to 200 daN Transfer speed up to 60 m/min (in this case only high friction belts shall be used) Driving heads can differ in power, speed, belt type and working method (with continuous motion or step-by-step) The extruded profile dimensions are 100x65mm.

Types of belts:

High friction belts for continuous or step-by-step motion Low friction belts for loads continuous motion and loads buffer.

Belts dimensions : 50 x 4 mm.
