Kontaka oss
för lösning av sådana problem.

FÖR FLERA NIVÅER
| The
multi-level lifts can be used in special applications as high-bay
buffers for empty or loaded pallets to increase the flexibility of
a line without taking up space at ground level. |
|
 |
CONSTRUCTION
FEATURES
Multi-level
lifts essentially consist of a lifting device and a transfer device.
Lifting is achieved almost exclusively by gear motors and chains or
racks.
The use of gear motors fed through an inverter make it possible to
obtain high vertical speeds with adjustable acceleration and deceleration.
In the simplest applications where low speed is required 2/8 pole
motors are used which guarantee even so correct height positioning.
The transfer is obtained with chain or belt conveyors or with powered
rollers; all of them driven by dual polarity motors or by motors fed
through inverters.

Level change
lifts are used in System 08 conveyors to transfer pallets from one
level to another.
They are also
used in workstations to move vertically the goods to be processed
in more ergonomic positions: in this case scissor-type lifts are
preferred.

FEATURES

|
|
Level
change lifts essentially consist of a lifting device and a transfer
device.
The use of pneumatic cylinders for vertical transfer is the simplest
solution but hydraulic cylinders or gear motors with chains or racks
are also used.
|
The
transfer is obtained with chain or belt conveyors or with powered
rollers, all of them driven by two polarity motors or by motors fed
through inverters. A simple transfer is added to this in case it were
necessary to unload the pallet into a right-angles line compared to
the original one.
|
|
 |
TRANSFERERINGSANORDNING
 |
|
Transfers
are normally used to connect together two or more System 08 conveyors
as an alternative to roller bend or turn tables. Transfers are thus
used both for the transfer of pallets from one line to one or two
lines at right-angles (single transfer) and for the transfer of pallets
between several parallel lines (multiple transfers). |
CONSTRUCTION
FEATURES
| These transfers
essentially consist of a lifting device and a transfer device. Lifting
is achieved through one or more pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders or
by gear motors. Pallet transfer operations are obtained using chain
or belt conveyors or powered rollers. |
VRIDSTATION
The
turn tables are used in System 08 conveyors to turn the pallets to
the required angle.
In particular, turn tables are used in workstations to turn the pallets
bearing the item for processing in the most appropriate position and
then to send it, in its original position or otherwise, onto the line
again.
To make workstations more ergonomic, the turn tables can be mounted
on a lift.
These can be used both to transfer pallets from one line to another
right-angled one and to re-route pallets. |

Rotations
are essentially achieved by a lifting and a rotating device.
This lifting can be achieved using pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders
or with gear motor.
|
Rotation
can be either manual or automatic.
Furthermore, it can be continuous, in which case rotation is obtained
using gear motors, or with preset angles in which case it is obtained
using from 90 to 180 degree rotating cylinders. |

SÄNKSTATION FÖR P&F HÄNGTRANSPORTÖRER

|
|
Drop-sections
are used on P & F conveyors to carry out vertical transfers of loads
without having to unhook these from the trolleys and in narrow areas
as opposed to those necessary for vertical bends.
Therefore drop-sections
may be used both to transfer loads from one line to another at a
different level and for vertical transfer, thus making it possible
to carry out machining, loading and unloading operations or dipping
in tanks (for treatments or painting).
|
CONSTRUCTION
FEATURES
|
Drop-sections
essentially consist of a device which moves vertically a section
of the load carrying track. The length of this lowering track varies
according to the load dimensions and the number of trolley-sets
it contains.
Vertical movement is achieved by chains or racks driven by dual
polarity motors or by gear motors fed by inverters.
|
|

|

|
|
The lowering
track is guided every time needed to avoid transversal swinging
if loads have to undergo automatic loading or unloading, or have
to be dipped into rough liquid or fluid baths.
Drop-sections
with two parallel lowering tracks are provided when trolleys installed
on parallel lines have to be transferred vertically.
