Over years the company has strategically modified its structure up to the current configuration that is holding of a group of individual companies companies organised in the Italian and foreign territory, which are still today directed according to the basic philosophy of the founders giving prominence to the search of the better solution for each problem thus putting each customer, with his requirements, in the foreground.

The initial structure based on the unique individual capacity to supply answers, evolving into a group structure, could allow to keep the peculiarity of the flexibility and promptness in supplying answers typical of medium-size companies, without loosing the advantages of a larger structure that can have important capital, structures and personnel available. It was then possible to develop the research of new products and in the meantime arrange the standardisation of the consolidated ones, to increase the production capacity by optimising productivity, to widen the customer and issues range thus enriching and consolidating its know-how exclusively ensured by the presence of different departments and internationality of applications.
